Rick was named Super Agent by Mpls/St Paul Magazine for years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011.
Rick is co-owner and current Operating Parter and a Broker of Keller Williams Classic Realty in Coon Rapids. Rick is also a co-owner of Keller Williams Classic Realty NW in Maple Grove.
A life time resident of the Anoka County area, Rick was an active volunteer in youth Baseball to Basketball programs from 1988-2009.
Rick has also given back to his profession. He has been an active Director and Past President for North Metro Realtors Association since from 2004-2011. Rick is currently on the Executive Committee for the St Paul Area Associations of Realtors.
Rick enjoys playing softball, golf, travel, camping, and spending time with his family. Married for 32 years to his high school sweetheart. Rick has one son; Adam Bandimere, daughter in law Molly, and a beautiful granddaughter; Morgan Bandimere. Rick is also a huge Twins, and Vikings fan!

Babette has been licensed in Real Estate since 2003 and joined The Bandimere Team in October 2004 specializing in buyers specialist and business development. She uses her 15 years of marketing experience, prior to entering real estate, in developing marketing strategies for The Bandimere Team and our clients. Babette is also served as a Keller Williams Team Leader, coaching and consulting agents on business planning and marketing. Her coaching experience helps her develop the best plan for buyers and sellers by listening to what is important to them and what their goals are for buying or selling a home. Babette served on the 2005 board for the Women’s Council of Realtors, Twin Cites Chapter as the Vice President of Membership. She is also certified in the National Association of Realtors At Home With Diversity: One America program; a program that promotes fair housing and equal opportunity. Above all, Babette believes that buyers and sellers deserve respect, good information; someone to listen to what is important to them and gets the results they want. While most of her "free" time is devoted to her family, she does find time to sing in a band that includes her husband of over 20 years and some wonderful friends.

Mary Jo has been assisting Rick in his busy Real Estate career since the beginning. Since hiring a very qualified assistant Marilee, she has concentrated on helping out the team where needed. She works on our website, our financial needs, and assisting with the bank owned properties. She also will deliver flyers and signs to your property. She and Rick love to travel, go camping, spend time with friends and family, (especially their new baby granddaughter) and watch the Twins and Vikings.
